By placing an order or using this website you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they are written plainly and honestly.

1. About Us

Solasta Wear is a New Zealand-based fine art print store operating at solastawear.com. All photography and artwork is original and owned by Solasta Wear. Our products are printed and fulfilled on demand by a third-party production partner (Gelato) and shipped directly to you.

2. Products

Every print is made to order. Product images on this site are representative; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration. Dimensions listed are nominal and may vary by a small margin as per standard print production tolerances.

We do not hold inventory. Once an order is placed, production begins promptly and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfilment partner, shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute orders once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs are your responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Replacements or refunds are available only where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All photography, artwork, text, and branding on this site is the property of Solasta Wear and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display it in your home or premises. It does not grant any rights to reproduce, resell, or use the image for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Solasta Wear's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights cannot be excluded.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape content in bulk, or use the site in any way that could harm Solasta Wear or other users.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
