Returns & Refunds
Effective Date: 1 March 2026
Each Solasta Wear print is made to order by our fulfilment partner and dispatched directly to you. Because every piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement
We will replace or refund your order if your print arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective in manufacture (misprinted, incorrect colours, structural fault)
- Significantly different from what was shown on the product listing
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To make a claim, email hello@solastawear.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. A full refund is offered if a replacement is not possible or not preferred.
What We Cannot Refund
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Minor colour variation due to screen calibration differences
- Damage caused after delivery
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If still unresolved, contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
